Our Veterinarians
Dr. Felicia Lawrence
Owner and Veterinarian
Felicia knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from a very early age, often rescuing pets in the neighborhood. After she received her undergraduate degree from Troy University, she went on to receive her Doctorate from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Felicia enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in dermatology and surgical oncology.
Outside of the office, Felicia can be found spending time with her two precious boys, Brewen and Ronan, her daughter, Tieghan, and her husband Mike. Felicia is a foodie at heart and can often be found in the kitchen cooking or cheering ‘War Eagle,’ supporting the Auburn Tigers.
Dr. Lindsey Morgan
Veterinarian
Dr. Morgan is a graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a strong interest in surgery and shelter medicine and describes her practice style as thorough, compassionate, and collaborative. Her work is rooted in a desire to serve her patients, clients, and veterinary team day in and day out. Chocolate Labs are her favorite patients—and she never passes up a chance to talk about her own dogs in the exam room.
She lives in Headland with her husband, two daughters, and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, running, a good cup of coffee, football, and being involved in her church.
Our Managers
Anette Swensen
Practice Manager
Annette was born in Germany and raised in the Netherlands, where her family still lives. She came to Alabama with her husband in 1999 and became a U.S. citizen in 2018.
Except for a 3.5 year stint as manager at S.O.S. Animal Shelter, Annette has been our clinic manager since 2001. A dog lover herself, Annette enjoys being creative and dabbling in polymer clay and resin paints. The Swensen pack loves traveling and relaxing with a glass of wine and delicious food. Annette remains fluent in both German and Dutch.
Autumn Woodward
LVT, Office Manager
Autumn joined the Daleville Animal Hospital team in 2020. She is originally from Indiana, but has lived all over the US during her husband’s 20 year Army career. Autumn is a mom of 3 adult sons, and many fur babies. She has always had a passion for medicine and loves that the veterinary field allows her merge her love for medicine with her love of animals.
Autumn has an associates degree in veterinary technology from Penn Foster, and is a licensed veterinary technician. She is also a Level 3 Elite Certified Fear Free professional. While Autumn is a self proclaimed introvert, she has found that client education is what she is most passionate about. She believes an educated pet owner is a happier pet owner.

Jennifer Barnes
Veterinary Assistant, Certified Peaceful Euthanasia Professional
Jenn is from Pensacola, FL and joined the Daleville Animal Hospital team in August 2019. Since she was little, she has had a love for animals of all kinds and wanted to be a Zoologist. Jenn decided to embark on a journey that would allow her to obtain a career field that she was passionate about. She currently holds a Veterinary Assistant certificate, End of Life certificate and is pursuing a Veterinary Technician degree. Jenn’s calling in Vet Care is leading pets and owners through the Fear Free process and taking the stress out of visiting the Vet. Jenn also has a strong passion for end of life care for our DAH patients. She treats each pet with the care and dignity they deserve as they cross the Rainbow Bridge.
Jenn is married and has 3 daughters and 2 grandsons. Jenn and her husband Levi are also parents to 5 fur babies who keep them very busy.
Outside of work, she spends a lot of time on their family farm which includes chickens, cows, pigs and horses. She also enjoys working in the yard, spending time with her family, entertaining her fur babies and working on home projects.
Raechel LaFountain
Veterinary Assistant
Rae has had a love for animals since she was just a girl, being raised on a farm in Maryland. Rae is a mom of two boys and a girl, and her fur kids.
Rae was able to pursue her passion for working with animals by joining the Daleville Animal hospital team in January 2020.
Caiya Nance
Veterinary Assistant
Caiya is currently studying to become a licensed veterinary technician. Although having no pets herself, she is driven by a lifelong love for animals and a passion for their care. Having lived in Daleville most of her life, she is deeply connected to the community and committed to making a difference in the lives of pets and their families. In her free time she enjoys cruising with her family and exploring new places.
Madison Polidoro
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Madison’s journey started at Medaille College, where she graduated from the veterinary technology program in 2020. From there, she dove straight into the action, working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at a bustling 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Madison is fear-free and CPR certified, ensuring every pet she works with receives compassionate and expert care. In 2023, she traded the bluegrass for sweet tea, moving to Alabama to join Daleville Animal Hospital in 2024. When she’s not caring for animals, Madison is nose-deep in a book, sharing her thoughts online with fellow book lovers. A proud dog mom, she spends plenty of time adoring her two dogs, Jasper and Goose, while her husband Shane pretends he’s not jealous of the competition!
Erika Kirkendall
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Erika joined the team in 2024, bringing with her a rich and varied background shaped by both professional experience and life as a military spouse. A Licensed Veterinary Technician originally from New York, Erika has held licenses in four different states—a reflection of her adaptability and dedication—thanks to her journey as both a Marine spouse and now an Army spouse.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys life with her 137-pound dog and a bottle baby kitten, both of whom keep her on her toes. She has been married for seven years, and in her free time, she loves riding motorcycles and tackling home improvement projects.

Rebecca “Becca” Fisk
Customer Service Representative
Becca joined the Daleville Animal Hospital team in March 2023. She has 11 years experience working as a Veterinary professional. Becca is Fear Free level 2 certified. She’s originally from California and a (now retired) Military wife of 34 years which allowed her to live all over the US. Becca and her family have now made their home in Ozark. Becca and her husband have 2 adult son’s and are also parents to 5 dogs and 3 semi feral cats. In her free time she enjoys traveling, visiting Disney World, cruising, reading and spending time with her family. She looks forward to meeting and making great connections with all the owners and especially their pets.
Emily Finney
Customer Service Representative
With years of experience in customer service, Emily Finney brings a welcoming and compassionate presence to Daleville Animal Hospital. She is passionate about creating positive, personalized experiences for both our clients and their beloved pets. Emily’s extensive background in customer care is complemented by her genuine love for animals, ensuring that every visit to our clinic is met with kindness and efficiency.
Originally from a military family, Emily has had the opportunity to travel the world with her husband, James, throughout his Army career. They now proudly call the Wiregrass area home. Emily and James are proud parents to an active-duty soldier and a college student, as well as fur parents to two playful pups and two spirited cats.
Emily’s favorite moments are those spent with her family, especially if they happen to be enjoying the magic of Disney World together. Outside of work, Emily loves to express her love through food, always looking for new ways to delight friends and family with delicious meals.
